The elders have approved the job descriptions, and are still reviewing the organizational chart and the introduction to the policy handbook.  Work is continuing on the handbook. Next meeting will be May 15th.

 

Policy Team Minutes 11/21/2004

The Policy Ministry Team held its organizational meeting after Sunday’s service in Room 107.  Members of the committee are as follows:  Mark and Janie Scanlan, David Griffiths, Rick Derr, Randy Meininger, KC Bruckner, Chip Findley, Scott Marsh, Dale Kostur, Ron Cacek, Greg Denver, Jeff Holloway and LaWayne Klein.

Jeff Holloway led discussions. The purpose of the committee is to review all employee positions, current policies and procedures in place, ministries and committees within the church, to create a sound infrastructure for our growing church, and help people identify the best ministry for them to help them have a rewarding experience in their chosen ministry.

The next meeting will be held December 5th at 11:45 AM in Room 107.  Chip Findley closed with prayer.
