Next Steps

Next Steps is designed to help you discover your own next step at WestWay as you grow in your relationship with God and others. At NextSteps, we talk about:

  • our mission, vision, values an culture at WestWay,
  • what it means to be a follower of Christ,
  • what kind of church we are- what we believe and where we came from,
  • opportunities to serve and connect with others,In session two, we talk about our basic beliefs and church history, and
  • baptism and membership.

These sessions are 8 weeks apart; our next session is scheduled for Sunday, August 12 from noon-130pm.

You can sign up for that HERE.

Because we value community, between sessions two and three, we partner you and your family with a mentor to get to know you and help you discover who God is calling you to be.

WestWay Kids

WestWay Kids is a children’s ministry uniquely designed with your children in mind! Every week, all children (babies through 5th grade) experience safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way. We would love to see you and your family visit WestWay Kids this week. Join the fun and experience a world where kids meet Jesus on their level!

Our very best contribution to the community we live in may just be the next generation we are raising. At WestWay, we have a lot of fun, but we don’t want to settle for entertaining students with church games – in fact, we don’t want them to play church at all. We want to equip students to really be the church, the hands and feet of Jesus working in our community to share the hope and love that are growing out of their faith. We make the most of our time together on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights, as well as various discipleship trips we take throughout the year, by connecting teens with caring mentors who can help them get to know Jesus… or just help them with homework.

Our big gathering on Sunday morning can be a little intimidating, we get it! It can be hard to get to know people, to feel the care and support we need in our lives. Our Sunday morning gathering is not an easy place to have discussions and ask questions in real time. That is why we invite you to a small group of people where you can feel safe to explore Biblical truths, and develop relationships with other people that will encourage you and provide a support system for life. Here is our Small Group list.
