The 1015 is our weekly gathering. 
 
We want to make your first visit a great one!

We know visiting a church for the first time can be a little intimidating. Our goal is to help you feel welcome and make a connection with Jesus and with his people.

Here are some things many people often ask when visiting a church for the first time:

WestWay Christian Church meets each Sunday at 1701 West 27th in Scottsbluff.

• Sunday School: Sundays at 9am. We currently have one class with more scheduled in Fall 2021.
• The 1015 (Our Weekly Gathering): Sundays at 1015am

What can I expect?

In total, our typical gathering time is 75 minutes in length. We will sing some songs with the words projected onto screens, one of our pastors will share a message from the Bible, followed by Communion (open to all who call Jesus Lord), and collect our weekly offering (don’t feel obligated to give).

What should I wear?

At WestWay Christian Church, you’ll see all styles of dress. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest.

What about my kids?

We believe kids should have a blast at WestWay every single Sunday. We want them to feel welcomed and engaged. Some parents keep their children with them in our auditorium, while others prefer to send their children to one of our children’s ministry environments. This is the parents choice. A high priority for us is your children’s safety. Because of that, we have a detailed check-in process the first time you visit. You’ll want to leave yourself 5-10 minutes to get them signed in on your first visit. We have lots of knowledgeable staff available to help. A nursery is available and our children’s programming is available through 5th grade.

Will you embarrass me?

We hope not! We want you to feel welcomed. You WILL NOT be singled out as a visitor. We don’t make visitors stand, raise their hand, or even fill out a card if you choose not to do so.

The purpose of Small Groups at WestWay is to help people grow in their relationship with God and with others.

This small group is led by Cody & Meghan Petersen. They are meeting in in the Petersen home in South Gering and are going through the Sermon Series. This group is almost full.

(Most)* Monday mornings from 6:30-8am, our Elders and Pastors meet for a time of prayer, discussion, study and encouragement.

While these meetings are open to our church body, we ask that you please contact us and let us know you'd like to come. Contact us at 308-635-2654 and we will get you "on the schedule."

*We break for holidays and other events.

This small group is currently reading and discussing the text from the Sunday Message series, and is open to all ages and levels of knowledge about Christianity and the Bible.

The purpose of Small Groups at WestWay is to help people grow in their relationship with God and with others. This small group is led by John and Anne Mulholland and meets at their home.

This small group discusses content about Real Life Discipleship, and is open to all ages and levels of knowledge about Christianity and the Bible.

The purpose of Wednesdays at WestWay is to make disciples of all generations. 

At W@W, we have something for everyone: children, pre-teen, middle school, high school, adult small groups (we have 5 that meet on-site on Wednesday nights) and Embrace Grace. 

Wednesday @ WestWay starts with a community meal at 6pm, then at 6:30 we split into Children’s, Students, and Adult Groups. 

At W@W, you'll grow in your relationship with God while studying, learning and building relationships with others.

Our goal is for everyone to grow in their faith and to ask questions and learn how to use the Bible to help them answer their questions.
