We want to see families growing in unity, purpose, and love, so that friends in our community can see who Jesus really is. This vision becomes reality when we disciple the next generations in our student and kids ministry environments as well as in our homes so that “each generation should set its hope anew on God” as in Psalm 78:7.
Whether they’re home or at school or here at WestWay or on a discipling trip or serving on a ministry team… we want to do all we can to see them growing spiritually to reveal the image of God. Ultimately, this is a joy entrusted to every parent, and our family ministries teams are here to facilitate, not replace, their efforts.
Our Kids Ministry and Student Ministry Teams will create environments where kids and students will be challenged to look more deeply into who God is and the journey to become who He’s created them to be. We’ll dig into God’s Word and teach them how to understand God. We’ll pray with them and listen to their lives. And we’ll send them home with questions to discuss and with ideas to try to put God on display in their lives.
Our “Home Team” will provide parents with the resources and encouragement to help answer those questions and spur their children along to “love and good deeds” as they learn to live as ambassadors of our Creator.
Our primary Kids Ministry takes place during the 1015 on Sundays and
our Student Youth Group Ministry meets on Wednesday nights.
Studio 252 is the companion website to our Sunday morning curriculum for pre-K through 5th Grade groups. Check it out with your kids throughout the week for reinforcement and some great discussion of what we’re learning on Sunday mornings.

Raising kids is hard. Each year, we gather parents and grandparents for a great time of equipping and encouragement - because none of us disciples the next generation alone.
Our weekly curriculum helps our kids ministry team work in rhythm with parents to make the most of the time we have with their kids.
The Parent Cue App can help parents establish a spiritually enriching rhythm with their kids without trying to force discipling conversations.
Having a spiritual impact doesn't stop when your kids are grown. Legacy Coalition is a great resource for making disciples of a whole new generation of grandkids.
Before any of us can disciple anyone else, we need to be building our own growing relationship with Jesus. This "Netflix for Bible Study" is full of video resources for every member of the family.
Every parent has questions. Boys Town has great resources to help provide answers. Find parenting guides with tips and tools to help you raise happy, healthy children.
