Shane and John talk about thoughts and questions from Sunday’s message on Hebrews 4:14-5:10.
– Can you teach a little about Hebrews 5:5-8 how God says “you are my son, today, I have become your Father?” And that Jesus “learned obedience through suffering” and that he was “made perfect.”
– In English these words indicate that change occurred in a finite moment of time. Does the change indicate that Jesus changed from his fully man state into his glorified body? How does this compute with Hebrews 13:8 (a scripture I memorized out of context)
– Did something about the relationship between the Father and Son change at the resurrection?
Our series on Hebrews continues this Sunday with a conversation about what it means to become mature as believers in our relationship with Jesus.
